Yes, you can still surf even if you can’t swim. Lessons for beginners are conducted in a shallow area that allows you to reach the shore easily. Additionally, you will use straps attached to the surfboard around your ankles for added security.

We recommend that you wear contact lenses when surfing. It is not recommended to use goggles or swimming goggles because there is a risk of injury or loss due to collision with the surfboard.

It is recommended that you bring supplies such as a rash guard, water leggings, sunscreen, and a towel to wick away moisture after surfing. The equipment can be rented for free, and surf sunscreen is also available.

Surfing lessons will still take place even if it rains. However, if weather conditions do not permit such as heavy rain or strong winds, the lesson schedule may change with prior notice.

If you are unable to surf for personal reasons, surf lesson dates cannot be refunded or postponed. However, surf camps sometimes become popular and can be organized in a format that allows a set number of surf sessions.

You can prepare summer clothes, rash guard, sunscreen, water leggings, hat, sandals, and other equipment needed for summer. The manager will provide guidance on everything from airport pick-up to SIM card purchasing and explain daily life in Bali when you arrive.
